USA Deaf Basketball hosted the first-ever 3×3 tournament in 2018 at Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C., with 7 men’s teams and 2 women’s teams participating. We sent the winning team as the Deaf team representative to the national Olympics qualifying 3×3 tournament in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Currently, Deaf basketball has its own DIBF World Cup for 3×3 basketball. It was originally scheduled for September 6-10, 2020, in Aviv-Jafo, Israel. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the qualifying tournament was postponed and an announcement will be made soon.
